• Field Maintenance/Handyman

  Professional property management company seeking a skilled maintenance worker / handyman to work at properties located primarily in the Greater Boston area (currently: Allston, Brookline, Belmont, Cambridge, Somerville, Waltham, Chelsea) and at times on the North Shore (Lynn, Salem, Peabody) and west of Boston (Lawrence, North Andover).

  Duties to include:

• Painting
• Carpentry
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Cleaning
• Snow removal
• Landscaping

Candidates must have experience in all aspects of maintenance (experience with a property management company or apartment complex is a plus). Candidates must have a vehicle and a cell phone. Candidates must be available to be share after hours on call duties. Spanish speaking a plus. Candidates must have their own tools.
