RCG has recently completed a renovation of the John Page Woodbury Building downtown Lynn. Built in 1890 and used primarily as an office building since, the Woodbury Building is considered a prominent example of Richardson Romanesque architectural style within Lynn’s historic Central Square Business District. RCG was awarded historic rehabilitation tax credits for the project and considerately restored many original details of the building while converting the upper three floors from office space to residential and maintaining the lower level of retail shops. The Woodbury Flats now feature 18 boutique apartments which maintain the historic character of the building while offering the finishes of a modern apartment. Throughout the process, RCG managed the permitting, design, financing, construction, marketing and leasing for one of the first Opportunity Zone qualifying projects in Massachusetts.
