RCG transformed this key gateway to Salem’s downtown. Once the home to the Salem Evening News, RCG demolished a dilapidated office building and an abandoned printing facility and renovated two historic buildings on the site. Recognized by Historic Salem Inc. for its contribution to preservation of Salem’s downtown, 26 New Derby now houses 31 dwelling units and 13,500 square feet of commercial space.
