- When can I look at an apartment?
RCG Rentals shows apartments weekdays 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We can arrange weekend showings as well.
- How do I reserve an apartment
after viewing?
You will need to fill out our rental application form and deliver a non-refundable deposit check in the amount of one month's rent to reserve the apartment.
- Why is the initial deposit
check non-refundable?
The deposit check is non-refundable because when delivered it removes the apartment from our vacancy list, which takes it off the market. The money for this deposit will be refunded to you if your application is denied by RCG. If you are accepted, this deposit will act as your last month's rent.
- How long is the standard
RCG residential lease?
Typically, we ask that leases be for twelve months. We can make exceptions based on date of rental and the specific property.
- Does RCG accept TAW (Tenant
At Will) leases?
In certain circumstances, RCG will accept a TAW (Tenant At Will) lease. However, we do prefer a one year term lease. Call our rental office at (617) 625- 8315 or email our rental staff for specific details.
- Does RCG accept pets?
We accept cats in all of our buildings. We also have a few dog-friendly buildings. Call our rental office at (617) 625-8315 or email our rental staff for specific details.
- Do you charge a rental
fee?
We do not charge a rental fee. We are a management company; therefore we are able to rent our own apartments.
